Are you at Rattenkrieg? I was going to bring it along for people to have a gander and play with.

It's built like a, well, an MG42.

.....fitted a gates MOSFET to my Ppsh41, the merf 3.2 config. With 7.4 lipo battery and still enough room to slide a stick 7.4 lipo alongside the mosfet and the first battery, so have spare already "in gun".
Not that interested in more rof, will prodpbably configure it for burst mode. Already done my mp40...........one of my stg44's is next.

The AGM one does the job, but as with all airsoft guns, its can be a pain in the ass

had a good day, for a change, everything went to plan, fixed charging system on a service bus, sussed problem with a minibus. Went to other job, fitted 2 springs in 2 M4's, dmr conversion and hop rebuild, on another M4, fixed a troubled Glock pistol, all before 16:00 ! These days are rare, normally some sort of cock up somewhere........perhaps that'll happen tomorrow!

Pulled the faulty trigger block out of my mp40 to replace it then thought- "I hate these things. You have to open the whole gearbox to even clean the contacts." So I rewired the trigger contacts to a large microswitch. Much easier. Less wiring and cable pinch points. No idea why they still use those awful contact point switches in aegs when most come with MOSFETs as standard.

The " mp 40 " hated switch is on my list of "to do jobs" have got a nice collection of micro switches to choose from, so " Today I " might think about how to tackle that job.

Finished my 28cm Wurfkörper rocket, Unexploded Version:

...and the insides: defusing the rocket involves figuring out which screws to undo to remove the internal board; remove the wrong screw, and a spring drives a firing pin into an athletics starter-gun percussion cap for a rather LOUD bang and puff of smoke:
